FG Career Optimisation Program

The FG (Fresh Graduate) Career Optimisation Program is designed for fresh graduates and final year students to provide career clarity and achieve their career goals.



These terms and conditions apply to all applicants to the program:



1.1. In this terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings unless otherwise specified:


Coaching Period” starts on the date of this Agreement and ends on one (1) year after the date of this Agreement was signed, whichever is earlier

Coaching Service” refers to review of cover letter and resume, interview preparations, job offer decisions, other career-related advice and trainings
Confidential Information” includes course materials, contact details, data, business, financial, technical, operational and such other non-public information that either a disclosing party designates as being private or confidential or of which a receiving party should reasonably know that it should be treated as private and confidential.

​Company​” refers to E&C Consulting Limited of [5D, Tak Lee Commercial Building, 113-117 Wanchai Road, Wanchai]
“​Student​” refers to applicant to the Fresh Graduate (FG) Career Coaching Program


2.1. Subject to the Agreement, the Company shall provide Coaching Service and other services to the Student as agreed between the Parties during the Coaching Period.

2.2. The time scheduled, format and other specifications of the Coaching Service during the Coaching Period shall be mutually agreed between the Parties.


2.3. The Company undertakes to:-

2.3.1.  review resume and cover letter;

2.3.2.  provide market news and job opening updates;

2.3.3.  arrange mock interviews for the Student; and

2.3.4.  conduct regular workshops and assessment centre practice trainings.


3.1. The Student shall pay a sum of HK$9,500 (the “​Program Fee​”) in twelve (12) installments in accordance to Clause 3.1.1 & 3.1.2.

3.1.1 The twelve (12) installments shall be settled on the first day of the first three months after the signing of this Agreement.

3.1.2 The Student shall pay HK$792 for each installment.

3.2 The company shall suspend all coaching service if the student failed to settle each of the installment one (1) week after the deadline pursuant to Clause 3.1.1 hereinabove and the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the student failed to settle the program fee one (1) month after the deadline pursuant to Clause 3.1.1 hereinabove.

3.3 Shall any dispute as to the compliance with Clause 1 hereinabove arises, the decision of the Company is final and determinative of the matter.



The Student covenants and agrees that, for six (6) months after termination of the Coaching Period, he/she shall not directly or indirectly, anywhere in Hong Kong, own, manage, engage in, operate, consult or to be employed in a business substantially similar to, or competitive with, the present business of the Company or such other business activity in which the Company may substantially engage.



5.1. a notice period of fourteen (14) days in case of a material breach by the other Party of any term and/or clause of the Agreement (including but not limited to breach of representations or warranties).



6.1. The Student agrees and acknowledges that:

6.1.1. All Confidential Information shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and the Student shall not use any Confidential Information for any purpose except those permitted by this Agreement;

6.1.2. The Company owns the exclusive copyright of the materials (including electronic, printed, audio and visual) distributed during the Coaching period, which may contain Confidential Information.

6.1.3. He/she shall not, distribute, copy, publish, disclose to others or use (other than pursuant to the terms hereof) the Confidential Information without prior written consent of the Company.


7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“​Hong Kong​”). The Parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
