A career with their Tax Wealth Advisory practice, situated within their Tax services, offers the invaluable opportunity to assist clients in navigating and fulfilling their tax obligations within an array of dynamic and evolving tax arenas. They extend expert guidance to clients concerning both local and international tax matters, while also serving as a strategic advisor in areas such as business analysis, indirect tax management, dispute resolution, and comprehensive global enterprise tax solutions.

Their team delivers a scalable approach to meet the tax compliance requirements of various business entities, including corporations and partnerships. This is achieved by optimizing compliance services to amplify the strengths of a tax department while simultaneously reducing the demand on their clients' resources. They support clients by providing outsourcing services, which encompass the preparation and review of income and franchise tax returns, as well as managing correspondence with federal, state, and local taxing authorities on behalf of their clients.

Job description and responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of documentation in relation to and support superiors to handle family wealth planning projects

  • Assist in the set-up of asset holding structure for family wealth planning purposes

  • Assist in the formation of Hong Kong or offshore companies and the ongoing maintenance including the filing of the necessary returns with the registration authority

  • Assist in the application and ongoing maintenance of immigration matters



  • A degree holder preferably in Accounting/Law/Corporate Governance but not essential.

  • Student member of ICSA / HKICS/HKICPA will be an advantage.

  • One to two years of company secretarial or personal tax experience preferable but not essential.

  • Proficient in English and Chinese. Putonghua is essential.

  • Chinese writing and reading skill are essential.

  • A team player with strong initiative and able to work under pressure.
