好多同學開始思考自己嘅Career Plan時會發現,大家係8-9月 Recruitment Season開始嘅時做已經會開始報Winter 或Summer Internship,但咁多公司都有開實習計劃,你應該點選擇要報邊類Internship?
係呢邊文入面,你會睇到:

⭕️選擇Internship有咩要考慮?
雖然從上表大家可以睇到,好多投行嘅Summer Analyst 嘅人工非常吸引!其實揀選實習要考慮嘅因素好唔同,人工固然重要,但以下四個揀選重點更重要:

1️⃣重點一:增加自己在大公司嘅實習經驗:
同學砌CV嘅時候請記得愈多大公司Brand Name愈好!因為大公司嘅Brand Name可以幫忙你之後搵大公司Grad Job時過到Screening,即使呢份實習經驗唔算最相關都值得考慮,直接幫你份CV升一個Level!

2️⃣重點二:Exposure 最好,學到最多野
人工最高嘅實習唔一定係Exposure最好,一、兩個月實習嘅人工未必係最重要,大家反而要考慮多少少:
✅工作內容係咪可以學到最多嘢,例如你係咪真係可以跟Project?落手做Research?學到嘅Technical Knowledge 或Product Knowledge會唔會幫到你做之後嘅工?
✅ 公司Client Base夠強嗎?可以俾你接觸到更多不同類型嘅客戶嗎?
✅公司會唔會係行業龍頭,令你可以學到最多嘢?

3️⃣ 重點三:有無Return Offer機會?
Return Offer係指同學係某啲公司或銀行做完Summer Internship (通常Summer Internship會較Winter Internship容易拎到Offer),表現好出色,咁間公司就會俾個Return Offer你,等你畢業後再返去工作。大家都想爭入投行、銀行同Big 4 實習最大嘅原因係為咗Return offer!而對於投行尼講,大部分Headcount都會留咗俾Return Offer,所以話Secure IB Summer Analyst Offer會係入投行最直接嘅方法!(按此了解更多Return Offer數據)
⭕️報實習嘅Screening Process係點?
由於好多公司都會有Return Offer,人工唔低,而且報嘅同學都唔會少,所以大部公司挑選Candidate嘅關卡並唔會比Management Trainee Recruitment Process容易,好多時都會包括以下內容:

⭕每關內容及準備方法
1️⃣CV Screening:
在同學提交Online Application後,部分公司會先進行CV Screening,再決定是否邀請你進行Apt Test!
因此,想成為Management Trainee或Graduate Trainee,第一步便是有一份專業的履歷。很多同學會把有關自己的所有資料放入CV,以為愈長就愈好。但其實CV上每個項目都應該帶出你的不同能力、性格、經驗和特點,證明你能夠勝任Management Trainee,有潛質成為公司的管理層。如果亂寫亂Send,分分鐘連CV Screening 都過唔到!
2️⃣Aptitude Test:
目前市面上有嘅Apt Test Systems愈來愈多,香港公司常用嘅Systems包括:SHL/ Talent Q/ CUBIKS/ GradeAce/ Cut-E/Game Assessment等等。要成功Pass到Apt Test,一般要完成或做岩85-95%嘅題目。
值得留意嘅係,由2019-2020年開始,有好多公司開始選用新SHL!同大家係網上搵到嘅題型會有分別!你收到Apt test 時記得望清楚係新版定原版嘅SHL system!
3️⃣Video-In:
如果話「Video係請人嘅大勢」呢樣野應該冇人會反對,好多公司會用Video-In(包括HSBC/J.P. Morgan/ MTR等等)尼挑選同學進入下一round。亦有少量公司,如恒生如Citibank仲用緊HR Interview,而非Video Interview。所謂Video Interview,一般不會面對真人,同學需要係指定時間內登入公司嘅系統,回答預設嘅問題,而同學嘅回答會被錄低,經過AI及HR人手兩類挑選。
4️⃣Assessment Centre:
Assessment Centre顧名思義係指公司會將多項嘅Recruitment Process放係同一天入面完成。AC通常會包括:Written Test、Onsite Apt Test、Case Analysis and Discussion/Team Game/Role Play或Individual Interview等等Assessment,當中以Case Studies最難掌握,需要花較多時間預備。而地產或者某啲Conglomerates亦常進行Team Game去考核大家的團體合作能力!
Case Studies會做甚麼?
銀行/四大/咨詢公司/地產常做Case Studies,通常會安排6-8個人一組,要求同學係限定時間內閱讀一份10-20頁不等嘅Business Case(內容包括Financial Chart/Ratios/Company Info/ Product Info等等),跟住就會要大家做小組討論,分析Case裡面嘅問題,提出有效建議,再做匯報。
5️⃣Panel In:
通常去到Final In 或Panel Interview嘅Candidates水平都好高,Interviewers通常會係Division Head/Manager等,當中問嘅問題會涉及好多情境題同埋Technical Knowledge,不單要考核你嘅專業技能同處理問題嘅能力,更會睇埋你嘅性格係唔係適合。
